Customer Service

Have we forgotten what "Customer Service" and "Customer Value Proposition" means to All parties involved in any transaction...I think they have forgotten it in the "IT" industry...since when is backing or supporting your companies products and services an "added cost" rather then "Added Value"? Does anybody know? We know.....The SACRIFICE!!!! (It keeps GREED out of the picture) Come on people..GET IT TOGETHER!!! What are your thoughts?
